The Greek tanker owner, controlled by chief executive Evangelos Pistiolis, said its subsidiary Rubico will list on the Nasdaq exchange with two million-barrel ships.
These are the modern, scrubber-fitted 158,000-dwt Eco Malibu and Eco West Coast (both built 2021).
