An Indian-controlled VLCC has completed its final ship-to-ship (STS) transfer of Russian crude in a new hotspot.
Oil consultancy Kpler said the 319,000-dwt Big Star (built 2004) took on about 700,000 barrels of the Espo grade in Kitovy Bay off the Pacific coast on Sunday.
The third transfer was received from the 113,000-dwt aframax Centurion I (built 2010).
