Ship Operations Cooperative Program (SCOP) ^Featured

The purpose of the SOCP is to address and promote commercially beneficial innovations in ship operations through the identification development and application of new methods procedures and technologies. SOCP 's overall objective is to improve the competitiveness productivity efficiency safety and environmental responsiveness of U.S. vessel operations. This cooperative program allows members to participate in research which would not be economically feasible on an individual basis or possibly even within a single area of the industry.
