[Application of the Notice]

1. The Notice applies to all Isle of Man flagged ships.

2. Our surveyors will confirm that the maintenance and testing records of fire protection systems
and appliances in accordance with this notice are on board the Isle of Man flagged ships at each
periodical survey for Safety Equipment.
